GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
OVERVIEW
§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Velani Atelier (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and consumers or entrepreneurs (§§ 13, 14 BGB) concluded via the Provider's online shop.
(2) Any differing or conflicting terms and conditions shall not be recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Contractual Partners

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) The supplier will confirm receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
(4) The contract is only concluded when the supplier expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods.
(5) The contract language is German. The contract text is stored by the provider.
§ 4 Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown. These will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is placed.
§ 5 Delivery
(1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are indicated in the online shop.
(3) The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
§ 6 Payment Terms
(1) The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy.
§ 8 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.
§ 9 Liability
(1) The provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.
(2) In the case of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 10 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.
Section 11 Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provider's privacy policy.
§ 12 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the supplier's place of business.
(3) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
