Custom and made-to-measure products

For custom-made products, repeat orders and made-to-measure products, the delivery time is usually about 2–4 weeks , depending on demand and delivery address.

Please note:
Custom and made-to-measure items are shipped directly from our jewelers outside the EU . These shipments do not include any import duties or taxes .

Taxes, duties and levies

Orders shipped from our EU warehouse already include all applicable taxes.

All orders with standard shipping, backorders, and worldwide express shipping are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) , meaning:

• Value added tax, customs duties and other charges are not included in the purchase price.

• These costs are not charged by Velani Atelier.

• Any applicable fees must be paid directly to the local customs or shipping service provider.

Since we deliver to over 50 countries, additional fees such as cash-on-delivery or handling charges may apply in some countries. These are levied by the respective shipping provider.
Velani Atelier has no influence on the amount or type of these fees.

Ownership, risk and liability

To ensure fast shipping times, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the purchase process has been completed .

Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider, the risk of transport passes to the buyer . Velani Atelier is not liable for loss or damage to the goods during transport.

Undelivered orders

Should your order not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe , please contact us as soon as possible , but no later than 30 days from the shipping date , so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.

Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, investigations are no longer possible, as proof of delivery is no longer available.
Velani Atelier accepts no liability if no notification is received within this period.
