RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges (voluntary additional service)

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you the option to return or exchange items within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods .

Conditions for returns or exchanges:

• The items must be unused , unworn and in their original condition .

• The goods must be in their original packaging .

• Damaged, soiled, or worn items are excluded from return.

Returns or exchanges are requested via our online return form . After we receive your request, you will receive further information by email.

2. Return shipping costs

• The customer bears the costs for return shipping .

• Exchanges are free of shipping costs – we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Note: This policy applies under our voluntary return guarantee and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Refund process

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-4 working days .

• Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method .

• Depending on the payment provider, it can take up to 5 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.

4. Unaccepted or uncollected shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer, not picked up, or returned by the shipping service provider as "Return to Sender", the return is made to our international fulfillment partner.

A refund can only be issued once the goods have been physically received and inspected . If the return does not arrive, no refund will be issued .

5. Exchange process

• After receipt and approval of the return, the replacement item will be shipped within 3-4 working days .

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

6. Promotional items (e.g. "buy 2, get 1 free")

• Free items from promotions are excluded from refunds and can only be exchanged.

• If a paid item is returned and the free item is kept, the regular selling price of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

7. Items excluded from exchange and return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from return and exchange:

• Earrings

• Personalized or engraved products

• Items marked "Final Sale"

These exclusions only apply to the extent that they are legally permissible (§ 312g para. 2 BGB).

8. Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days . You can find the details in our separate cancellation policy .
